
Jackson McReynolds, Ph.D.
Jack brings a solutions-driven approach to addressing complex challenges in commercial food production and processing, leveraging innovation and expertise in animal and meat sciences. In 2015, he co-founded Passport Food Safety Solutions, a full-service food safety business specializing in antimicrobials, data analytics, protocol development, and patented technologies. Passport was acquired by Arm & Hammer in 2018 to enhance their core strategy in animal and food production.
Jack’s professional journey includes serving as a technical consultant for Elanco Animal Health (2010–2015) and as a research scientist with USDA-ARS (2005–2010) in College Station, Texas, where he published numerous peer-reviewed articles and patented an immunomodulator process for poultry. His work reflects a strong commitment to innovation and practical applications in food safety and animal health.
Beyond his technical expertise, Jack is passionate about entrepreneurship and serves as a managing partner at Highpoint Capital Partners, where he oversees a small business fund, driving growth and creating value for diverse ventures. He is equally dedicated to serving in his local church, where he empowers men to grow in their faith and leadership. Jack holds a BS, MS, and PhD in Poultry Science from Texas A&M University.
